About Us
Personal Technology Sherpas
We are a husband-wife consulting team of Jeffrey Seibert and Victoria Marinelli: professionals with decades of combined experience1 in telecommunications, retail electronics, technical training, creative, research, and administrative support capacities. We work both individually and as team members to meet a diverse range of clients’ needs.

Whether you need help:
- on a short- or long-term basis,
- in or beyond the Richmond, Virginia area
- with a small task, or a highly complex set of tasks
- with a hands-on, instructional approach, or a hands-off, “please just make this thing work for me!” approach…
…We are pleased to serve as your “sherpas,” whether your goal is knocking out a minor nuisance of a “to-do” item, or something more akin to ascending the “personal technology” equivalent of your most treacherous – but also vitally exciting – mountain range.
Within the Greater Richmond, Virginia area, we’re available to consult in any local setting (our home included), for projects of any scale: from the fairly simple (such as programming an All-In-One television remote) to the highly complex (developing multi-user databases, training manuals, accounting systems and websites).
Outside Richmond, we can travel for major projects, or we can “telecommute” for projects of any scale that can be coordinated through email, telephone, and/or video conferencing.
Whether you need a lot of help, or very little - we’ll customize our services accordingly. For instance, say you need a several-component home theater system installed, with many peripheral applications.
- If you’re the DIY adventurous sort, our help can be as limited as walking you through the steps, leaving you with a customized guide to your installation, to which you can refer for troubleshooting later.
- For those short on time or inclination, we can take care of the entire process, at any point between start (ensuring the equipment you’re purchasing will work well with all other desired components) and finish (e.g., loading desired media into the assembled system).

1 Most, but not all of our experience is Windows-based. We can, for instance, easily pair Apple products and applications like the iPod and iTunes, managing shared and private video and audio media, podcast subscriptions, and correct or add missing track information, as needed. If you have an Apple-related need we’re not (yet) equipped to handle, we’ll happily refer you to a more appropriate resources.
